There are many ways to get help. We are particularly happy to guide you to make the best use of the Monash Campus Cluster.
Email. Requests should be emailed to email@example.com, as this will generate a ticket on our system and allow any of our MCC team members to respond to your inquiry. It is recommended to not edit the subject field, as the text on this field is used for tracking the ticket.
Confluence Wiki. You are already here! Look around and search for topics within the MCC pages.
Phone. A dedicated phone line is being planned. Till then, please use email for requests.
In person. MCC staff are happy to meet with you to arrange a demonstration or address any issues you may have.
Training. There will be training sessions organised throughout and these will be advertised via email to the mailing list and on the this wiki.
